Jami is a Pueblo real estate broker who is native to the area and loves her little town! Prior to Real Estate, Jami was a Dental Hygienist. At 27 she bought her first investment property & that sparked her love for Real Estate.

She studied & received her license in Real Estate with the intention of learning about the marketplace so she could buy more investments.

In 2002-2004 she subdivided 3 parcels of land and started working with a local home builder to put new construction homes on them and the rest is history! She has also had her license as an appraiser and contractor.

Jami has maintained her Real Estate license for over 21 years. Jami loves buying homes, working out, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Born and raised in Pueblo, Jay is a real estate broker who enjoys helping his clients find the best properties for the best prices. Growing up, he spent most of his life on a small ranch raising beef cattle. In 2017 he obtained his Associates in Applied Sciences in welding and worked at Vestas as a Tacker. He has a passion for people and customer service, so he continued his education and obtained his Real Estate license. While having grown up around Real Estate, he was excited to join the Jami Baker Orr Team. Jay showed he made the right choice by closing 18 deals in the first 6 months as a Broker Associate. While he’s not working Jay loves working out, fishing & welding.

Christie joined our team at the very start of 2025. As life-long Pueblo native and with over 11 years in real estate, she is a wonderful contribution to our team. Christie participates in the board of our Real Estate market as well as many philanthropic services around the Pueblo area. ShiAnn was born and raised in Pueblo Colorado where she graduated from CSUP with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology while playing on their volleyball team. Right out of college she became a personal trainer where she enjoyed helping people which then led to an opportunity in real estate. Mentoring under Jay Baker, Shi received her license and within the first month, joined the Jami Baker Orr team. She has sold over 100 properties within her 3 years as a Realtor and loves every minute of it. She is thankful to be on the Jami Baker Orr Team so that she can grow in real estate by being surrounded by go-getters who are amazing people!

Gary Russell brings a global perspective and high-performance background to Southern Colorado real estate. Originally from Oxford, England, Gary transitioned from a successful career at Netflix and the Los Angeles entertainment industry—bolstered by a degree in Film Production and Theatrical Performance—to the world of property. Driven by a commitment to family, he relocated from L.A. to Colorado to raise his sons near their grandparents. Proud to call Pueblo, CO his hometown, Zach has a great understanding of the community and the local real estate market. He launched an AirBnB project at the age of 18 and is naturally entrepreneurial and highly motivated. That jump started his love for real estate and wanting to get into the industry. Zach enjoys weightlifting and golfing and spending time with his family. Some of his favorite spots in the Pueblo area are the Riverwalk and the Reservoir. He is mostly excited for being able to contribute to the community by growing Southern Colorado.

Caitlin was born and raised in Pueblo, Colorado, and graduated from CSU-Pueblo with a BA in Business Marketing. She spent 6 years working in the broadcast media industry as a Digital Coordinator. She decided to join Real Estate because she wanted to use her skills to help play a meaningful role in others’ lives and help them buy or sell houses in Pueblo. Her hobbies include exercise and fitness, watching movies, reading, and everything about hockey! Her favorite thing about being a part of the Jami Baker Orr team is building relationships and knowing that every day is different.

Kennedy moved to Pueblo from the Western Slope of Colorado to be closer to family, with a professional background in titling, project management and estimating, she found herself being drawn to Real Estate and the idea of helping people with their home buying and selling needs and making an impact on the community. She enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her dogs and husband. Kennedy is excited to be a part of the Jami Baker Orr Team because of the passionate and dedicated people and having the opportunity to learn from the best!

Joining us from the Fire Truck manufacturing industry, Will holds a bachelors in Graphic Design and joins our team as our in house Photographer and Team Liaison. As a kid he moved away in 2018 for college and has found his way back to his roots. Will loves hiking and rock climbing and spending time with his wife. He is looking forward to his time in real estate, expanding his marketing and photography career and learning about an ever changing market.
