Jami Baker Orr

Jami is a Pueblo real estate broker who is native to the area and loves her little town! Prior to Real Estate, Jami was a Dental Hygienist. At 27 she bought her first investment property & that sparked her love for Real Estate. She studied & received her license in Real Estate with the intention of learning about the marketplace so she could buy more investments. In 2002-2004 she subdivided 3 parcels of land and started working with a local home builder to put new construction homes on them and the rest is history! She has also had her license as an appraiser and contractor. Jami has maintained her Real Estate license for over 19 years. Jami loves buying homes, working out, Sunday movies with her husband and spending time with her grandchildren.

Gary Crump

Close to his birth place, Walsenburg, Gary traveled to Pueblo for work and stayed! His experience includes, a warehouse manager, car mechanic and a car salesman for 32 years. His hobbies are fishing, hunting, & shooting, that ranges from, clay shooting, black powder, and cowboy. He enjoys working with his daughter & helping her become successful & keep growing her company!

Born and raised in Pueblo, Jay is a real estate broker who enjoys helping his clients find the best properties for the best prices. Growing up, he spent most of his life on a small ranch raising beef cattle. In 2017 he obtained his Associates in Applied Sciences in welding and worked at Vestas as a Tacker. He has a passion for people and customer service, so he continued his education and obtained his Real Estate license. While having grown up around Real Estate, he was excited to join the Jami Baker Orr Team. Jay showed he made the right choice by closing 18 deals in the first 6 months as a Broker Associate. While he’s not working Jay loves working out, fishing & welding.

Alea Blazer

Raised just South of Pueblo in Colorado City, Alea grew up very involved in the community with a passion for people and the small town culture. After starting her career in Pueblo she met her husband in 2014 and they were married in 2016. With 3 kids and a dog, Alea very much enjoys a busy lifestyle and making the most of every moment. She is new to the Real Estate industry but with her great attention to detail and enthusiasm for people she has definitely found her home.

Caitlin was born and raised in Pueblo, Colorado, and graduated from CSU-Pueblo with a BA in Business Marketing. She spent 6 years working in the broadcast media industry as a Digital Coordinator. She decided to join Real Estate because she wanted to use her skills to help play a meaningful role in others’ lives and help them buy or sell houses in Pueblo. Her hobbies include exercise and fitness, watching movies, reading, and everything about hockey! Her favorite thing about being a part of the Jami Baker Orr team is building relationships and knowing that every day is different.

John Marhofer

John was born and raised in Colorado Springs, CO until age 17 and has lived in Pueblo, CO since 2001. With a variety of College experience, and 25+ years of top notch customer service he was a shoe in for Real Estate. His hobbies include a love of sports, but passionate about football and has even coached at different times in life. Hollie is a dedicated real estate broker on our Pueblo team. She was raised in the suburbs of Houston, TX. She worked in retail and procurement in Texas before starting her Real Estate career in Colorado. Her role at a Fortune 200 engineering company for 11 years provided her with the skills to succeed and a strong desire for customer satisfaction. After becoming a licensed Realtor, Hollie was named Rookie of the year in 2020 for her brokerage and also the 2020 Rising Star. Kendy Valdez

Kendy was born in Canon City and lived there until she was 22 when she came to Pueblo to attend college and met her husband of 28 years, who is a local contractor. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in social work and eventually went back to school to obtain her Master’s and teaching degree that she utilized as an Early Childhood Special Education teacher for District 60 for 19 years. She began her career in Real Estate with a goal to semi-retire and still teach but she has since become hooked on her Real Estate career. She enjoys reading, spending time with her family and dogs, and has recently started to golf. She is excited to be a part of the team because she knows it will not only grow her professionally but personally and she finds the team aspect to be inspiring. Shi has a Siberian Husky child, Anakin, and loves spending time with her. Dave Esser

Dave was born and raised in Pueblo, CO. where he worked in manufacturing and for the department of corrections before deciding to get into real estate. He always had a spirit for marketing and sales and thought it would be a great opportunity to utilize his natural gifts as well as help the community. Being a part of Pueblo his whole life, he loves seeing the progress made and wants to be a part of the growth of his hometown. Dave is a father of two boys that he adores spending time with them along with fishing and playing his guitars. Born in Denver, Lily was adopted by her mom and dad (Jami & Greg) & moved to Pueblo. Naturally cute, gifted, & a daddy’s girl. Her entire life she has followed her mom around listing appointments & enjoys car rides showing buyers around. Lily enjoys playing with her pink toy, fine dining (mainly chicken), & going to fun places with her dad.
